Oil plunges to lowest since 2017 after Russia rejects steep OPEC cut.
Oil prices lost as much as a third of their value on Monday in their biggest daily rout since the 1991 Gulf War as Saudi Arabia and Russia signalled they would hike output in a market already awash with crude after their three-year supply pact collapsed.
Tellurian lays off nearly half of its workers, shuffles executives.
Houston liquefied natural gas company Tellurian is laying off 70 workers, about 40 percent of its 176 employees, and shuffling executives amid tightening market conditions for the industry.
US Floating storage could support weak tanker market.
With global oil demand now significantly lower than anyone expected just a few weeks ago, oversupply could well push oil prices down further and this could lead to a build-up in floating storage, according to analysis from New York broker Poten & Partners.

Tankers and boxships replace bulkers as Greek-controlled fleet continues pause in growth.
The size of the Greek-controlled fleet remained broadly unchanged for the second year in a row, after a growth spurt that saw it rise by nearly third between between 2013 and 2018. The fleet numbered 3,968 ships or a total of nearly 341m dwt, according to data as of 2 March compiled by IHS Markit.
